Re: Official HTC EVO Review Thread

For sure this phone is way thinner and lighter than I thought. My Sprint store purcase went very smoothe too. Alteady synced to my computer with calendar and contavts as well asfacebook. All worked like a charm. This phone is sick!

I was SHOCKED at how small the box was, I expected it to be quite big. As far as the phone, it's huge LOL. I can't use it with one hand, at all. Still love it though

This for sure is not a phone for petite hands. But I'm sure you can handle it. LOL

Lovin this thing for sure!!

Only thing I haven't figured out is, is it possible to make notifications(i.e. text messages, or emails) vibrate and ring at the same time? Haven't found this yet. Not lookin like you can.

Re: Official HTC EVO Review Thread

Finally a phone for people with big hands LOL no more cramped typing, and the 4G is really impressive, I have done several speed test on several different site with my laptop using the EVO as a hotspot on average I was getting 5.5mgb downloads with 1.0 mgb uploads, and this phone is actually saving me money, I was paying for my cell and a broadband card, now I'm only paying for just my EVO which worked out to be $10 cheaper a month than the other 2 combined, and now thanks for a great 4G signal I was able to cancel my charter internet service. This is the best phone to date by far the iPhone should now be called iFold

Re: Official HTC EVO Review Thread

I have found my first issue with the phone. It seems like it has the same problem as my old WM phones where the incoming text message time is an hour ahead of my actual time. Outgoing texts are at the correct time, which gets the messages all out of order.

All my text are appearing just fine. If you had this on WM and now on Droid then this is a network issue in your area I would think.
