oops lol ment it needed 2 I mean 1ghz processor needs some serious firepower. My local store has one (or had one anyway) from what i saw:

2.1 android
1 gig memory
1 gg storage
8gb micro sd card pre-installed san disk woot
usual junk in the box but I am not sure if head phones or not to be honest

What he is trying to get at is if they do a replacement and they don't have anymore diamonds then you get whatever the current equivelent of the diamond which is a touch only pda which is the evo.

Well Im pretty sure they only replace it with the next phone up from the one you have which in this case would ether be the TP2 which they still make. I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I dont think they would be replacing them with Evo's that soon. Thats saying that they even have enough to fill the orders they are going to get.
