Re: HTC EVO on Sprint Employee Account ?
sooo waitt???? Roaming is included in this plan?
i'm on the F&C 3000 plan and i have to pay an extra 5 bucks a month to get roaming...so really i'd only be spending an extra 5 bucks extra a month to get the EVO on my plan.. just curious can u outline the steps u did to get this working? just called them up? what number you use? Re: HTC EVO on Sprint Employee Account ?
I'll have a great story to tell you, but I will wait until it all comes to full fruition in early October, when my next billing cycle starts. It's not that Sprint always does the right thing initially (they didn't), but it's that certain employees will bend over backwards to fix past mistakes, without you having to go to retentions (which doesn't always work - wait till you hear the story). This has to do with past SERO members, just to limit the inquiries.

Re: HTC EVO on Sprint Employee Account ?
So, I called yesterday to get my Hero swapped yet again since my replacement needs replacing due to a crappy screen, speaker and freeze ups I never had with my original Hero. In fact, the only problem I had with the original was that after the 2.1 update, using the GPS made my phone reboot. Anyways, when I called in with *2, my call automatically redirected to employee customer service. She said that as of last Thursday, all calls for 3rd party employee demo accounts would be directed to them. Also, when asking about the ability to add an evo to my current account, she said it was now possible and she had done two already. She said I had to go to a store to buy it like anyone else, and that they would have to call in to activate. I'm going to try it out today and will let you know if I have success or not.
