your gonna need a sero, employee reference, 3rd party employee or consumer plan. any other plan the phone inst going to swap or activate, or if it does swap in erro you will get a call to change plans or phones.

you would have to get a new consumer plan, either the individual 450 data, 1500 data share or something similar but you do get 23% off the base plan.

the old 1000 free and clear will not work with the newer phones, you where grandfathered in with the tp2 because they did require you to have data on it, you could use it just for talk and text if you so desired, with all android phones you have to have the data plan, and not the $15 add on.

Quick question.... can you call in and change your plan from the Free & Clear 3000 to the newer Indirect CDMA Demo Plan without activating a newer phone that day? I have my old Radio Shack plan and want to go ahead and switch to the new plan (just so I have it) and then wait till winter to buy a newer phone. Anybody call employee accounts and switch their plans, then activate the new phones later?
