Exclamation HTC EVO on Sprint Employee Account ?

I pre-ordered my EVO at the Shack today, very excited. UNTIL my friend tells me I won't be able to get it till later July because I'm on a SWAC or w/e Sprint Wireless Advantage Fair and Flexible plan.

Basically I have an account with my friend who works at sprint

Does anyone have any input on this?

Thanks in advance!

I pay $20/month for 500 mins
free Nights and Wknds

Re: HTC EVO on Sprint Employee Account ?

Sprint Employee customer service also confirmed this. They said if you are on an employee plan you can't get the phone till July.

Sounds good to me, since I'm on SERO. That's enough time for some real-world testing and problems to be shaken out.

SERO will never be allowed to activate the phone... you'll have to move to an Everything plus plan to get an android phone.

Re: HTC EVO on Sprint Employee Account ?

if you know an employee personally you may be able to get it done. i sont know but its very doubtful. id givemy right arm to just pay the 10 dollar premium on top of my SERO

SERO isn't an employee line. Employee lines have no contract and any phone can be activated on them.

If you have a moment you are either

1) Employee
2) Advantage Club (Not SERO)
3) EPRP with discounts to make it the same price as SERO.
4) A liar.
