Re: dan@sprint.com response I got
LOL. That's correct!!! And I don't smoke or drink either so I can afford the $10 bucks. Like has been said already... if you don't like the $10 fee don't buy the HTC EVO. Problem solved.

Re: dan@sprint.com response I got
maybe i'm a bit confused. Here in NYC, where 4G doesn't exist yet, why are we subsidizing other areas where 4G does exist? Shouldn't the $10 charge only occur where 4G exists. Sure, charge me later or add it on to my bill when 4G is available, I'll even sign up with a contract with that stipulation, but if 4G is not available in my area, why am I paying for it? Matter of fact, 4G isn't even listed for NY 4G site, so why are early adopters of a phone that doesn't have the ability to use the 4G speeds being charged:

Sort of like getting cable and them charging extra for premium channels that don't exist on your network. They exist in another city, so they're charging me with the promise of "trust us" it'll get to you soon enough. As with both, I'll wait until the service available in my area and THEN sign up and pay for the service. |
