there might be a bit more info in the All Evo 4G Pre-Order Discussions Go Here thread otherwise you cannot buy the phone but on ebay. if your paying full price thats what I would do. ebay all the way!

call radio shack (peferably in low traffic areas) and see if they're going to have any 'extras' they're supposed to have some for walk-in customers.

you paying full retail or 199?
