i pre-ordered mine through radioshack first day....now my gf and sis want one too and they're all on my line, and guess who'll be stuck with the bill lol.....oh well what can i do.

does anyone know when the radioshack pre-order is over? gotta get in there soon

ok so here is my problem,
i have 5 lines on my And only one of them is eligible for a full upgrade. My line is not. But can I use there upgrade and activate it on my number? And anther question are they going to activate it at the store ? ( this is all at THE SHACK)

Yes you can. Radio Shack will need to activate the phone on the line that is eligible for the upgrade. Then when you get back home, just swap the phones from your line to the line with the Evo from Sprint.com or by calling Sprint.

The only thing about this is that the person who is eligible for upgrade will not be able to use their phone until you swap the lines. Also, the Evo will be activated on their line once you swap.

And they activate it in-store unless you get lucky. They have to activate it in-store because of the instant rebate.

So my local Best Buy said they won't match Sprint's full price. Anything I can do to convince them otherwise or is this a lost cause?

It is pretty much a lost cause. Some BB price match to Sprint, some don't. Its all up to the Managers and District Manager for the store.

My advice, be stern and try once more. Say another BB is doing it and that you will just go to them. May work.
