Tell me about the $20/24 $10/24. We've been customers for over 10 years and are Premier. We pay almost $200 a month for two phones, Family Data Share plan. How can I get the extra $10 to $20 off? Any advice? Our plan is $169.99 plus BB fee, TP2 fees and two insurance fees. We are about to add our daughter on a new line also. BTW, we are both out of contract...

I have a grandfathered in family plan that is $70 + additional per phone. 2 of which have unlimited data, texting, etc. Will I be able to get the phone on those 2 lines? Or do i have to have the actual everything data plan?

Anything other than that cannot be confirmed right now.

$20/24 and $10/24 were $10 or $20 credits for 24 months given by Retentions for renewing your contract for 2 years and/or moving off of SERO or other legacy plans to Everything plans. These offers began late last year through Q1 of this year. Some suspect that it was Sprint's way of reducing churn so investors would not freak out when they showed another year/quarter of big subscriber loss.

last I head the $20/24 is not even in the system anymore for them to offer to people. I'm waiting to get the EVO to have this added to my plan. just email or call them complaining about the 10 add on fee, how you are a longtime 'loyal' customer..blah blah blah. keep trying w/ the rep.... if they 'cant' add it, email or call again and speak to someone else.

There hasnt been anymore released about the plans but I believe it applies to the total.
