did you guys try this?
call sprint tech support and having them reset your data profile on their end. your phone will automatically reboot during this (did for me anyway). ... then ... Go to the dialer and enter ##3282# Select "Edit Mode" on the popup Enter the 6 digit MSL Select "Data Profiles">Menu>"Restore" Phone will reboot in 10 seconds or you can select "OK". "Hands free activation" will appear after phone reboots followed by PRL update and then firmware update. (Go ahead and update PRL, but DO NOT UPDATE firmware.) ... do a profile update as well... solid signal and speeds now...
