I'd like to offer my expertise as an Galaxy S user *docks for the upcoming rocks* lol
On my Epic if I go to task manager, and look at ram I have 338mb total..while our devices are listed 512mb ram ..that makes quite some ram unaccounted for.. Well what happens is this the ram is actually withheld by the GPU as dedicated memory....(similar to vram on laptops)..and considering its a dual core it won't be out of the question if 256mb of ram is being withheld by the GPU per core. So there is still a possibility that what you saw was in a way final..

Even know this is a dated thread, I didn't see anyone in this thread confirm whether or not the 3D has a 4G radio, proof inside this link and attached picture...

I am starting to wonder if changes really are going to be made. The 3d was officially announced a month ago and not one single thing has been talked about since then compared to the sensation which was officially announced two weeks ago and it seems like thats been talked about way more than the evo 3d.

Heres my opinion
The chipset in the evo 3d is capable of 1.2 and 1.5 ghz but it must be changed at the manufacturer as of now, and this core change does little for batt life gain but less then 5%loss. i believe the evo3d will launch with 1.5 ghz but all the other specs will be as stated earlier. Sprint and HTC wouldnt let the sensation outshine the evo at least i wouldnt think it would and the fact that 1.2 tegra 2s are about to launch HTC said the evo 3d will be class leading which makes me believe it will launch with 1.5 instead of 1.2
