How many of you are still using TF3D? How many went back to the normal Today Screen?

as much as i like the new "eye candy", i am starting to wounder....

i want to give this new TF3d a shot, but i really miss having the things i love right there on the today screen. i saw an app somewhere that allowed you to have a second today screen, but i dont remember where.

MY question....

how many are going to keep using the TF3d

and

who has or will be going back to the normal WM today screen?

please take the poll. would love to see how many do what.

It's been 4 days for me, and I'm still using TF. The only thing I miss on the today screen is the IM app, but I hardly use the program so I could care less. I am still in la-la land with the way it looks on a VGA screen <3

I agree and am still in awe of the vibrant colors and overal visual clarity on the VGA screen

I am still using TF3D. I solved my Today screen plugin issue with SecondToday. Here is the PPCgeeks thread on it:

i'm not trying to pick a fight, but.... if you think everyone bought the diamond for the fancy TF3d UI.... you're crazy. this device is so much more than some fancy main screen. i like having more than one calendar event showing, weather, and whatever todayscreen plugin i want to use, right there on the main screen so i dont have to go anywhere else to get it.

one of the things that bugs me is i actually have to open the whole message just to mark it read. it would have been nice if the preview thing would consider it read.

i upgraded for the memory, flush screen, size, ect. not necessarily the TF3d.

juggalo, i know you are helpful here and what not, but you're coment was out of line. just because a person goes with out tf3d doesn't mean they dont know whats up. it's just there preferance.

it was just my opinion

no hard feelings. but TF3D is very nice and i like it much better then the Wm interface it looks better on this nice vga screen :P just trying to bring some humor here, i voted if that means anything. im not having a good day i needed a laugh lol sorry

I actually already did it, the first night I had it I disabled TFLO, loaded a VGA beach theme and loaded WeatherPanel. I set up my Today Screen and DAYUM the VGA screen makes the Today screen and themes look AMAZING!!!! Im loving the VGA screen and will NEVER go back to a non VGA device.

I am now using TFLO but I wanted to make sure I could use the Today screen as I wanted.

I will probably switch back and forth as I please. For now Im using TFLO until I get tired of it then Ill go to today.
