Re: Screen protector, case or both???
If you are going to use one of the cases that wrap around the device and actually touch the front or surround the screen - make sure you install a screen protector before you put the case on. If the case is very tight fitting you may get dust stuck between the case and the screen and it will really mess up the edges of the screen as it can grind the dust into the screen like sandpaper. I have a rubberised plasic one that sure did a number on my screen protector and I would have been PISSED if it had done the same to my screen. I don't use a case anymore since I am using an extended battery.
With that being said I like to use the Clarivue Anti-Glare screen protectors as they work great outside, don't show face grease as easy, have better tactille feedback when you do have to use the stylus, my fingers slid over them better then the slick ones, are non-adheasive so they can be removed and washed and put back on (still on my 1st one), and at $11 shipped for two are a decent deal.
