Re: CDMA and GSM users alike: In Call voice recording

I'm working with stock rom and installed Juggalo S2A White.

I put the dll file in windows directory. I've installed the cab but I don't see start call recording while I'm in a call.

I even went into programs and set up call recording options.

It still won't work.

What for me do wrong?

Did you soft reset? Are you sure you're looking in the right menu for the option?

Eh, probably not. Does Vogue have Slide 2 Answer? I don't know. But in the future if you're going to hard reset, you might as well try it out, right?

Re: CDMA and GSM users alike: In Call voice recording

Ok, so where exactly do the recordings get saved to? I have it set to save a .wav file to the internal storage. I can see my recording in the ICR program, but I can't seem to find any new wav files on the main memory or internal storage. When I reflash, the recordings I have made disappear, which leads me to think they aren't being saved to the card. Any enlightenment anyone can give me on this?

*BUMP*

Seriously, nobody knows? It must be hidden; I've used windows via Activesync and just cannot find the files or folders. Where can they be hiding, and when I save to the card, why do they get wiped out after a hard reset?

If you are using the HTC in call recording app, your recordings are in

My Documents\Recording

OR

Storage Card\Recording

Depending on whether you are storing to main memory or not.

Re: CDMA and GSM users alike: In Call voice recording

Thanks to indagroove, this issue is now resolved for us CDMA Sprint Touch Pro owners who have longed for the ability to record calls without using the f'n speaker phone.

Check out this post for the goodies:

Awesome slypher, this is probably why half the people in here can't get it working.

Re: ***UPDATED: CDMA/GSM HTC Diamond/Pro: Call Recording (3/16)

anyone else experiencing this;

I can record calls fine, but I can't open the ICR.exe to review the recordings or change the options, I'm using mighty 4.6, sys 20765. I can review recordings with file explorer though.
