Re: CDMA and GSM users alike: In Call voice recording
I've gotten recording to work, but the recording is always garbled to heck.
I've tried the method here, as well as the 2 methods over at XDA, but no difference. But yea, recording to WAV is better than AMR. There's probably a regedit or tweak somewhere that'll make this perfect. BTW, I'm on grooverom3 |

if you really can't overwrite it, it should be OK since the whole point is to have that dll in the first place.

Re: CDMA and GSM users alike: In Call voice recording
I use PocketShield and their dialer, which works on top of the WinMo6.1 built-in dialer (I hate the lag on the HTC dialer)
This doesn't work on that.

Re: CDMA and GSM users alike: In Call voice recording
It appears this app is only working properly on GSM roms.
If you install it on any CDMA rom (I've tested both Juggalo's and Mighty) the recording happens on the external mic (speakerphone) so the result is your voice is way louder than the other party. On GSM roms such as Elite RC3 it works as it should - recording with the internal mic so both parties have the same volume. Can somebody help to offer a fix for CDMA roms ? |
