I am having the same problem. Has anyone been able to reactivate there phone?

Verizon has changed their policy on adding foreign carrier ESN's to their system just in the last few weeks apparently.

I have Sprint TouchPro activated & running super on my Verizon account & all the features work (Arcsoft MMS for picture mail /SMS/Data/voice/internet etc etc etc), but mine was added to VZ using the *228 option 3 selection & as of the last few weeks that option does not work anymore.

I have no idea why, but if you try that now it fails every single time & you get a recording telling you to call TS. If you do that & tell them it's a Sprint phone, they flat out refuse to add it to the network. If you tell them it's a VZ phone, they get an error also because the ESN is not in their data base.

I've gotten so many different replies from tech so I'm sure I could convince someone to add it.

BUt if not its unfortunate, and maybe when I get my own contract would just switch to sprint then ha.

Hey, Can you tell me how you got Arcoft MMS to work? I can't get mine working.
