Fragile Screen - Beware!!!!!

Its okay if they do, I've had TEP for the last 3 years, and my Diamonds fully functional besides all the money I pay for insurance that I don't use it is just money in their pocket.

sounds like it hit at just in right spot for you. All screens are fragile but the caseing usually takes the hit for it. I've dropped mine once about a meter up with no damage.

I got a Hard Clear Plastic Shell for my Diamond. and i dropped this down the garage stairs. bounced down the wood stairs the last 4 did a cart wheel and almost landed in the dog water. this shell barely has a scuff on it and it saved my diamond don't even have a scratch on it.

if your rough with your stuff like i am this would be a good investment.

Telus sells them as an accessory it was 14 bux. adds about 3MM to the thickness to the diamond. i wasnt really into it at first but i got used to it in a few hours and it really did save my diamond!

I dropped mine from about waist high onto a parking lot (asphalt) with no cover. The battery cover split off one way, and the phone body the other. Got a bit of a ding on the corner of the battery cover that you can barely see, but no other harm noticed on the phone. Gave me a pretty sick feeling, though, as I'd only had the phone for a week. It's the first time I've dropped any of my phones onto anything but carpet.

Not true anymore. Any physical damage even with TEP costs $119 for a smartphone to replace.
