Re: Odd problem when answering calls

Well i got replacement diamond and it started to do the same thing..But only with Microsoft Voice command annocing the callers name and phone number..When turned voice command completly off everything works fine..I know alot of people say that is not there issue...But that was mine. And actually i could answer the phone with the answer key, i just couldnt press the ignore button. go figure.

Before my hard reset, I tried that too. Did not solve the problem. As I said above, there are a whole lot of things going on in Windows and it could be one thing or a combination of things. Maybe Snovvman has the answer.

Re: Odd problem when answering calls

Take a look at the thread I just started. This may fix your problem:

Re: Odd problem when answering calls

This happens to me only when I have poor signal strength, like at work. With good signal strength at home, it never happens.
