I too am coming from a BB. I had my pearl for almost a year with VZW, I loved it but missed the customizability of WinMo and the apps and the browser on BBs are horrible.

I see Sprint has worked tremendously on their customer service and the Diamond is the best phone out right now in my opinion so this was a no brainer.
