That's what they tried to get me to do too, but I told them that I didn't have an extra $600 to buy the diamond with. I asked for a exchange through the mail. Sounds like it might work.

The guy I was emailing earlier must have left for the day, cause I was getting email hourly (each time I asked a question) for a while, and now haven't gotten any responses for a few hours.

how about sprint is doing the same for my treo 800..but get this.. i bought the damn treo off ebay! lol i have come to the conclusion that with sprint, ANYTHING is possible. so just ask by emailing and don't call!

I tried to get the person online to swap it but they said they couldnt anymore. I remember when I swapped before and they sent the phone and the return kit and they didn't charge all this extra. The guy on telesales charged me 18 for activation and 12 for shipping. They better be covering all this since its just a swap.

i have threaten to cancel also(got my touch that way).after all, whats $200 termination fee if u pay $129.99 a month?they will lose more to lose a customer than a phone that cost them a few dollars

I just got a brand new replacement 2 weeks ago from the insurance it wasnt refurbished.. do you think this will work for me, this 30 day trial thing?

alrite, given all ur success stories, i wud try to swap atleast one of my 2 touches thru ecare. Which email id have u guys been using to get to ecare? Also, i have notes written on my account by retentions offering me 2 diamonds for 575$ which I thought was too expensive, do u guys think this wud get in way of ecare swapping the fones?? any suggestions pls.......
