Just called and got the same answer i got yesterday. but now i wont get a tracking number till tomorrow....guess im one of the unlucky few...oh well. sooner or later right. atleast i know its coming

speak for yourself but my mogul broke friday night (yes i should have bought insurance) so i'm checking my order status every 30 minutes

I'm the same.. treo is locking up at least 5x a day.. heaven forbid a call comes in while I'm doing something else.. bang... locked up.
Funny thing is I haven't done anything new to it in over a month, its almost as if old Mr T KNOWS I am chucking him and is no longer a loyal servant.....

PS. I'm shipping to work address because if it had come today as scheduled I have an OT shift and would be here.. now I'm hoping it at least comes while I'm on shift and not 10mins after I leave, especially if tracking # doesn't catch up with shipping....

i called and was given the same info regarding the power loss and was told my phone is now just waiting for ups to pick it up...according to their records...said could also have been shipped and could still arrive today just no updated info from ups.

Employee here...I was having mine ship to our store. And still no dice. Order status reads the same as everyone elses. This sucks but I guess the waiting game begins! I hope all the people there are ok but I'm so sick of waiting.

i wonder why they are telling people ups is picking up package but not giving tracking number. doesn't ups give an advance tracking number before the package is picked up?
