My guy thought he'd have about 4 and said one was for display. I asked about telesales and he said not any earlier than he'd have them. I asked him to hold one for me and he said not to worry if I came in the AM I'd get one....
When reading all the debates about the in store sales I get a little worried but if this falls through I'll simply make a phone call and order one, no biggie.

That's odd, considering I just looked at the detail for the ENTIRE company of sprint and no one has any.

They flat out are not being shipped to stores for the 14th. It's direct ship only, then to the stores as inventory allows.

edit: Just checked the warehouse and there are only FOUR for stores. Again, this device is not going to be in retail stores on the 14th. It's direct ship only.

My Touch is working great with Derek's Custom Rom, no reason to replace what isn't broken.

Plus, the delays and troubles from up North have me worried. This may be another coming of the Treo 700P... just a junky phone from Day 1. Will be watching to see what everyone's experiences are like.

I'm gonna watch and wait. Upgrade isn't due till Nov anyway. I did that with my Touch and am glad I did, because I got to read all of the posts about the pros and cons, "My Touch is the best/worst, this doesn't work! etc... The only downside on getting my Touch was 35 days later they dropped the price with MIR to $99. ;(

This page says I can get a $75 discount being that I've had my Mogul for a year. Does that mean $549.99-$75, or do I get the rebates and everything (which means I pay $75 more than the $299)? Also, that program 'expires Nov. 1' so are they going to make it better? Or worse?

Also, if I punch in my phone number on that page, it says I'm eligible for $150 off with 2 year contract as of the first of this month... that seems weird to me as my 1 year anniversary was yesterday. How does that work with the $100 off rebate? Do I get $150 off the $299, or $150 off the full price, or what?

Also, will they let me get this new phone and do a 2 year renew on my $30 SERO plan? Or are they going to make me pick a new plan due to the $30 plan being gone?
