No problems with mine since installing. Could be due to brand and type of cards. I have a Sandisk 4GB microSDHC, also my Sandisk 2 GB microSD and AData 2 GB miniSD. All of my cards work great with this.

while I have only a standard micro SD (not SDHC) - I can confirm that I have done the update and have not lost any functionality. (although you do need to soft re-set once to see your card after the update)

Seriously the SDHC was the last thing that I needed to make my phone complete. Now I don't really see a reason to upgrade at all. The apache has WM6, can use SDHC cards, and there's an entire community out there dedicated to keeping the Apache just as good if not better than other phones.

Now if only the prices would come down on those 8GB cards

we don't know that the 6 and 8gb cards even work yet. all we know is that the smaller SDHC cards work.

well, after a couple days I will say that I AM having my SD (not HC) card disapear on a random basis. soft reset restores it, but that's a pain.

I keep thinking this reminds me of WM3.3 when we had to do some regedits to make the card more stable, wonder if that would fix it?

edit: I am using a sandisk 2gig microSD
