Donating my 6700!

Hello all! After a long time and serious consideration, I have finally decided to replace my beloved 6700 with a new phone (LG Voyager).

After spending so much time on these forums and benefiting from all of the hard work you guys put into making custom roms for us to use, I would like to donate my 6700 to the cause!

If someone can make use of my phone for the purpose of creating custom roms for the community, I will gladly mail it to you for free.

Thank you again to the community at large for greatly extending the life and productivity of this phone! Its been fun!

I think Wideawake, the site owner, was looking for a 6700. I will text him and let him know about this thread to see if he is still interested.

Talked with Mike (Wideawake) and he's interested in the 6700 for the purpose of getting Android onto it. Mike is the one who worked with Helmi_c to bring the 6700 it's first custom ROM and instructions for the rest of us to be able to customize our ROMs. If Android is going to work on the 6700, Wideawake is a great person to be working on it.

I also would like to load Android on my phone.. so I have also sent a message to Mike letting him know that I have an older Asus a620 on the table and gave him the links to documentation on how and the sources for getting a version of Linux running on a Windows Mobile 2003 device. At one time I was running my Asus on Linux... not much fun with only a limited number of programs..
