Lost Phone Service? HELP!

Hi I woke up this morning and my phone says NO SERVICE. I can't even push the phone button.
I was thinking maybe phoneAlarm messed up some registry and I used the night profile and this morning switched to Home profile. I've uninstalled phoneAlarm, soft-reset and the phone stil says NO SERVICE. WLAN, Bluetooth, Airport mode all works. Clicking on Phone, turns it "on" but it still says "NO SERVICE" and thus no EVDO either..

ROM: 3.12.30
Radio: 1.27.00
PRL: 20224

Is there a registry setting i can change to turn the Phone Service back on?
Did the Radio get corrupted?
Can I just update the Radio to 1.4?

Like to try anything/everything before hard reset, or even trying the WM6.

Check that your phone is properly programmed. ##786# Make sure your tel # is in there. And that your MSID is the appropriate one. If you have Zeros there. Reprogram through customer service.

that's the problem, i can't click on the green phone button to get in to the phone keypad
Interesting that I am able to connect via the Sprint EVDO. The icon at the top still has the arrows but with an X at th bottom saying no connection, but i'm definitely able to use the internet via EVDO (533kbit/sec tested) and for sure it's not WIFI but sprint's network.
So something messed up the phone and icon idicators at the top...

So, your touch screen is functioning....? Go to start/phone and dial the ## sequence from there.

go to start/phone/ doesn't work. the cursor spins for a few seconds then nothing,
which usually indicates a registry setting is wrong?

that's the same PRL i've always had, i think , yesterday the phone was working..
is the PRL updated via the kitchen stuff? I updated w/ Helmi's 3_5_kitchen_1_0_4

sounds like hard reset time...dang it. if i install the WM6 will that give me the correct PRL? or do i do something different to get the PRL?

If you go with the WM6 ROM your prl stays the same as whatever you have. Same with the radio version.

Can you remember any recent changes that you made prior to the issue?

last night, i switch my phoneAlarm profile to Night mode. which shuts all stuff off. then i swtich the profile back to home, which is supposed to turn everything on. that's all i can think of. I removed phoneAlarm and nothing changed, i then reinstalled phoneAlarm and now it doesn't even show as an option on my Today screen it installed fine but not in the Today Items to pick. So this tells me something wrong w/ phoneAlarm...

Can you access the phone in programs? Also, check in settings/phone/services and see if it's set to EVDO only. PhoneAlarm may have reset those.....

hmm.. no phone in programs... i did reinstall phoneAlarm and it shows up in Today list after uninstall someother today items, but still no phone.. the alarm does show i have a voicemail... oh well looks like a hard reset/reinstall.. so sad... thanks for the help... i've tried pretty much everything.
