Interesting that I am able to connect via the Sprint EVDO. The icon at the top still has the arrows but with an X at th bottom saying no connection, but i'm definitely able to use the internet via EVDO (533kbit/sec tested) and for sure it's not WIFI but sprint's network.
So something messed up the phone and icon idicators at the top...
So, your touch screen is functioning....? Go to start/phone and dial the ## sequence from there.
