that's the same PRL i've always had, i think  , yesterday the phone was working..
is the PRL updated via the kitchen stuff? I updated w/ Helmi's 3_5_kitchen_1_0_4

If you go with the WM6 ROM your prl stays the same as whatever you have. Same with the radio version.
Can you remember any recent changes that you made prior to the issue?
