Did you get my Private message? The instructions are there But I think you are going to have to extract the APACUpgradeUt_noID file from the clean and simple and put into the APAC_ALLTEL_21120_711_11500_Ship\RUU_TOOLS\Apache\ WWE folder and run the no id to flash

Dmackdaddy try flashing with Helmi's new core
ftp://ppcgeeks:ezupload@ftp.ppcgeeks....10_WWE_R3.rar
then after hard reset do a soft reset at 3 second message try to install Good software and see if you get an ESN in Goodlink If you get an error installing Good you will have to run the extromtools and unhide and unlock your ext rom and run the Cert cabs or hard reset and let full customizations run at 3 second message.

Without Install anything in R3 I always get an ESN shown with my device and Goodlink app... but I just stuck in the sync proccess (might due the UMTS connection via Activesync?)... Its also happens when I use aku2.2 stock rom... see my pic attachment on page 2..

Trying this now but I still get the Country ID Error, even when I use APACUpgradeUt_noID.exe with the install.
