I usualy stay away from betas as to embedding them but as to playing mp3's off the SD card it was so much better than WMP (do to the skipping) and TCPMP (becasue of the AVCR) that I had to include it. It just looks like it hijacks the WMA and casues issues like it's trying to play them but can't. Seems to be the same with having it asocated to mp3 and ringer selection. I also noticed if you have mort associted with .asx (ot TCPMP for that matter) that it will work with VC on the Play X so it looks like the plugin just creates an asx list and passes it off to whatever is associated with it. -saridnour
saridnour-- I agree completely about the benefits of Mort. I still have that 2 sec. initial skip with bluetooth, but I'm pretty well convinced it's just my particular headphones. I'm using mp3s a lot more now anyway because recently Napster got wise to the fact that our phone is not "compatible," after months of letting me download to it. So, now I'm recording from Napster and saving as mp3s. The sound is just as good, though it is some trouble.

My startup: wisbarlite, voicecommand, poutlook, HTC_CM_Guardian, and ClearTemp Startup.

Later edit: Just wanted to clarify that the skip happens only when I start VC with the headphone button and issue the play command. I can start VC with button #5 and issue the same command through the headphones and there is no skip...

I just got Mortplayer to play perfectly for 5 minutes and going - using a set bitpool setting of 42. Thanks - I'm actually really impressed about the sound quality of the Jabra BT8010 and your ROM. Your ROM has exceeded my expectations in every way!

I flashed PR6 and have had my phone hang a few times after soft reset. I have not installed any programs but did add my registered voicecommand.exe.
\\windows\startup:
ClearTemppOutlook
Voice Command
wisbarlite

Has anyone had trouble with PIE connecting to sites? I have had to soft reset a few times because it refuses to load websites.

INDIANA_B0NER: Did you restore your data from an earlier rom (spb backup or copying the vol files)? Did you hard reset after the upgrade (two soft keys on front + reset button) confirmed with a y/n dialog to clear? Note: image in update shows incorrect hard reset buttons for the 6700.

-saridnour

My bad, I meant to say it worked with the original ROM. It hasn't worked for any 3.5 ROM I've used.

Hey Saridnour
Do you have any ideas that might help with program

2nd question. I have recurring events in my calender but when the alarm goes of, the pop up bubble that I can choose to dismiss or snooze does not pop up but the alarm rings. I could have sworn I saw somewhere something about pop-ups

Sar, I'm not referring to the ClearType. The actual FONT looks different in many applications. Most noticeably, the numbers look different on web pages.
