Since I've had the PPC6700 (about a month and a half), I've been toying with the idea of installing this, and now, due to Sprite telling me about low memory, it's time.
Seems like this is the best and easiest for Sprint, so wish me luck!

Wow, this is great! More room.
Thank you Jeff, and you don't have to come visit, cause it all went smoothly.
I'm still installing all the progs, but what a difference.
I didn't get the StorageCard 2 thing, it did name the Extended, Extended_Rom2, but who cares.
The phone has a lot more pep!
Thanks again!

Can you give us a little more detail? What part of the process was this, did you put your phone in bootloader first, etc.? Walk us through what happened step by step.

I installed this version of AKU 3.5, and so far I have no complaints about it, just the fact that the battery icon that was on the top is not there anymore...How do I get it back ?

I think this will turn off the persistent clock:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\TaskBa r]
"LimitedClock"=dword:1
