I tried leaving the phone out of the charger to see what would happen and after 1 hour just sitting on my desk doing nothing, it was locked up!

I apologize if this has already been asked...I tried to skim through the 17 pages, and I didn't see it. Does anyone know how to add a disconnect button to the data connection on the Colonel's 3.5 AKU? On previous AKUs, the reg hack was:

Enable Disconnect button and timer in data connection notification bubble:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\Phone]
"Flags2"=dword:00000010

that doesn't seem to work on this version.

Thanks guys...keep up the good work!

And, again, overnite a lock up after 6 hours.

Colonel,l I don't want to be a pest, but does it look like this is something that can be resolved, or should I try a different ROM?

Thanks again for all of your hard work.

I think that colonel is going to rebuild the ROM. You can wait for him to do it, or you can cook one yourself. He has placed his OEMs on the FTP, so you can take a kitchen and re-create his ROM.

I have not had any charger freeze. I wonder if you added something else to the mix.

I dont understand the delay to connect a call sometimes or for messaging to come up. Is it other programs running or where the tower is of for it to switch out of ev to 1x? ....

I have certainly added a number of programs and could have thought they were contributing to the charger freeze issue, EXCEPT that ChrisFix had the freezing on his phone with on the ROM flashed and nothing else added.

And I haven't found a call or messaging delay at all.
