what a difference from the TCNZ rom I was running. Now to see if the SD card death issue is REALLY fixed. (Sprint PPC).

Are you using Bluetooth? If not, go back to the VC setup. The default under Contacts might be "Announce notifications using BT hands free only." If so, you might need to change that to "... using BT if available" or " ... through device ..." Worth a try.

I got it to work now. I did another hard reset and started over again. and it seemed to work this time.

Voice cmd 1.6 is not working for me thinking of doing a hard reset but would hate to do that. Also been having a few problems with wisebar and the batter meter, leaves the reporting of the power level in unknown state. Also the always on connection is draining the hell out of my better, this should be turned off in the sp 2 or r5. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Im not sure this has been fixed or not but I noticed that me being on verizon I couldnt update the prl or enter any of the ## codes directly. I downloaded this Generic-SmartDialingWM5(Verizon or Sprint).cab a while back off here and decided to try it with this smart dialer. and it worked.

Saridnour, I want to thank you again for all your efforts. I've been running the 3.5 for 5 days now, and it works flawlessly; a few hangups every once-in-a-while trying to close an app, but no prob. The best

part for me is when I play internet radio through the BT or my old-tech cassette adapter in my van, I can receive and make calls, and when over, it cuts back to web-radio. This device is now acting like I would have expected it to. Better things comin'?

Doesnt work for sprint.

I installed 3.5 pr4 but not the sp1 everything seems to be working okay. I would like to install SP1 but I have a question about installing the SP1. Do you have to do a hard reset after installing. Do you installed it on the Extended ROM or on the device. What is the correct method ?

Just run it off the storage card, then at prompt install to main memory.
Soft reset at the end.

Hi,

How do you enable or activate sending the audio via the Bluetooth. I used to have an application that I run to enable the audio to my headset. I read some threads about this AKU 3.5 let you do that but I cannot find the application.

I use BT Audio-works great.
