Poutlook

When I type in address to send to in pocket outlook it doesn't automatically start displaying address like smartdial in the phone app. Is this a registry setting or?

Actually, it seems like A2DP works better on some days than others. I noticed that there is a 'channel' registry key for the A2DP device. I remember reading somewhere that manipulating this channel improved someones Bluetooth Headset problems. So maybe the day-to-day nature of my problem is that it randomly selects a different channel every time I connect and some channels are better than others.

Also regarding A2DP: Everytime i want to enable A2DP, i have to manually turn it on by going to the 'blue tooth settings' page. It requires something like 5 button presses. Does anyone know of an application that could automate this? My guess is that it just makes some registry change and runs an application from the windows directory.
Is that channel key something we can experiment with? I couldn't find it. Yes, I've wondered why the skipping is so variable. Also, I agree with the need for something to automate selecting BT settings.

Maybe someone has (or will create) a MortScript that will do this:

On Media Player Open:
Set Volume to Zero
Play Track (for 5 seconds)
Restart Track
Set Volume to Medium

Perhaps that would give the necessary buffer?
I would experiment with it to see if things such as merely pausing it for a few seconds might do the trick.

As for resetting the BT Stereo, I believe someone on here has a BT Stereo toggle button program that does just that. Otherwise, it is likely already writtin in a MortScript script.

Also, in regards to the sporadic results of working one day and not the next, (if all other factors being equal) I wonder if there might be external interferences such as other radio devices.

Re: Poutlook

Good catch - you're right, it doesn't autocomplete the contact's email anymore.. could this be a registry setting?

Hi,

Still running good I am really happy with my phone, it is like having a new toy again.

Any one has the smartdialer working with the lastest sp. If yes, where can I get the CAB file.

Thanks

I would like to share something with you guys since you guys give so much. I found this Blog on mobile phones looks good

http://www.mobileviews.com/blog/

Here I found this link of GoogleMaps for WM5 anyone using it.
http://google.com/gmm/ WOW I installed it and I find it to be pretty cool, fast and easy to use. You can search for business and address and if found you can make a phone call directly by selecting the buble or marker on the map.

Also Live Search for Mobile is good to run now http://mobile.search.live.com/about/default.aspx

And SMS Notifier for Pocket PC http://www.codeplex.com/SMSNotifier

Thanks

I found a bug that has become annoying. When a caller calls and I go back into the call history and try to save the number, I am unable to save it. This is a great feature that is now lost.

Voice Command BT Audio gateway closes

I put the voicecmd.exe into the windows directory as instructed and the button 5 does launch the app. I did the regedit on \HKLM\Software\OEM\VoiceCommand\Path entry to \Windows\voicecmd.exe. My Plantronics 320 launches voicecommand but the audio gateway closes immediately and the VC waits for the command on the phone. How can I stop the gateway from closing right away? The gateway also closes when I use TCPMP

I have also noticed that since I did the ROM ugrade that my PPC defaults to the Eastern time zone atleast once if not twice a day. It is quite annoying as I am in the Central Time Zone and this throws off my alarm and calendar.
