Your Program memory was probably run down. Check it next time and see. I will be rolling back the page pool today to try to correct this.

Great job Colonel!! Much appreciated!

Couple questions:

When my device starts up, it gives me an error sddaemon.exe cannot be started. ??

When syncing with activesync, it says that there isn't enough memory. I did a hard reset before and after.

colonel, just to be sure, does your rom have the updated prl (20225) in there, or is the extended rom you have which contains prl cab updated. I really cant tell because i know that some people renamed that prl cab and I didnt. I have the updated cab in my own extended rom and just wanted to know if you had that included already. thanks

VNCviewer is a crossplatform remote desktop viewer - lets you interact with the remote machine's console session.

I don't know if Remote Desktop is a VNC based solution, but I'd guess it's more akin to Microsoft's Remote Desktop program (which doesn't interact with the remote console session, but starts a new user session with a local operator interface)

Unless Remote Desktop is a VNC derivative, it's nice to have both apps as they serve very different purposes. (plus, Microsoft's RemoteDesktop service isn't available on pre-XP machines, but VNC based services are)

The prl in in the extended rom. It does not come from the rom itself. Honestly, I am not sure what is in the posted ExtRom on the ftp.

I am still working on figuring out the email settings. I believe this has to do with cemail.vol, but I am not sure and it is hard to copy that file.

Also, I have not been able to figure out how to change the color of the font in the smart dialer. You may have noticed that it is gray and hard to read. Let me know if anyone has any ideas.
