Another wierd thing was that the right led was showing yellow, ie charging.
Checked the battery level it was at 90%
I had charged it before going to bed, and unplugged it.
i had the same issue, when the phone locks my alarm wouldn't go off.. so i turned the lock off and now the alarm works everytime..

Hey there - just registered so I could jump in on this, im very grateful for all the work you guys have been doing, it's the efforts of you guys which have made my xv6700 worth owning!

I installed 3.3 beta 3 last night, and thus far it's got some quirks, the one I couldn't figure out is WM5storage doesn't seem to be able to call up my storage card. Every time i hit activate, it says it can't open the4 card and refuses to work. Anyone else run into this?

The ICS, however, is the absolute balls. FINALLY i can make my carPC setup the way i wanted to - XV mounted right nest to my gauges, running salling clicker, remote display control and ICS - pilot and copilot's consoles have full communication now!

Thanks a ton, hoping someone can point me straight on the storage program.

EDIT: Maybe I'm just stupid. I installed WM5storage from a cab i had around and it seems to work fine now. Badass.

If you have installed the latest nk.nbf, there is an app in Start\Programs called Internet Sharing. You have to click it twice since the first time will give you an error.

As far as the Audio.exe, it is included in Bad Sectors IDTransfer and works with VC 1.6. I have had issues with it working with 1.6 and Voice Dialer reinstalled. I would suggest that if you are using anything but VC 1.6, to use the BT Audio Gateway Toggle. I believe this should work.

Not sure about the alarm issue. I have had times where the alarm did not work correctly, but then again, it worked fine this morning with the lock on.

This is the absolute best fix I have seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you very much for posting it!!! It is very simple and does exactly what we need without having a today item to be checked on the screen real estate.

Awesome work to this guy!!!!!!!!!

I will check out that cab. I am assuming that it does pretty much the same thing as what Luv2Chill was explaining. If that is all it takes, then that is what I will use.

Looking at WM5torage, I may have missed something when installing it if the cab makes it work just fine.

Yeah it's a great, great fix. Don't know about Luv2Chill, but this one is fantastic!

Also my Internet Sharing doesnt do anything even double tapping it.

It should. The first time you select it does it give an error that it is not a valid PPC application? Then hit ok to close the error box and select Internet sharing again. What does it do?

Yeah all it does is put in the registry entries I listed above, although it shortens to the date to only month and day (omits the year), which is fine I guess, but there's no reason to omit the year unless you really don't want to see it. If you use the registry entry for nls\overrides that I listed on the previous page then you can have the whole mm/dd/yy format there.
