They are supposed to still be the bluish-green "crossbow" colors. The top and bottom bars are the same for Today, Phone, and WMP screens.

Well, %@#$@#, why won't it work for me. Are you running just the base rom or did you install an ExtRom too? Are you a Verizon user? Don't know about the ringer thing yet.

redz, there is a way to do it cause I have seen it on other devices. I do not know how to do it off the top of my head though. Maybe search around or ask in a new thread.

gnafin, that is what I figured, but now it is working for me. Who knows. Something for me to mess with tomorrow.

I have not problems at work where I have full strength no matter where I am.
I have been having a similar issue with the 3.3 But I keep seeing my data connection go from EV to X (no coverage) for no reason. But if I manage to get it to connect to a phone call, it will keep the connection and won't lose service. I haven't heard if there is a remedy yet. I am just bring patient.

I thought by using SPB backup on these type of tweaked roms it will screw it up when restoring.

For example: Phone is flashed with colonel's beta 3. Phone restored by spb backup from colonel's beta 2.

Won't the phone in that scenario pretty much revert back to what it previously was on beta 2 because the backup program restores everything the way it used to be?

Also I can't download it from the FTP site. It just downloads it as either a real player file or acts like it is, but doesnt download at all.
