Read in this thread for answers to your problem.
http://www.ppcgeeks.com/cooked-a-mod...700-t2465.html I am very sure he made a 3.3 rom for the xv, but I am not sure if he uploaded it. You can PM him for some info if need be. Good luck.

Re: WMP skipping when Bluetooth (BT) activated
Quote:
OK I unactivated the O2 today programs and the WMP no longer jumped from track to track while BT was activated. I slowly reenabled the various componats of O2 looking for the culprit but never found it - it still works- So if youare having trouble like I am keep fooling around with it. I still can't get the BT to stay open with the lock phone method. If anyone has a working link to BTToggle or BT Audio (or similar program) please let me know. Thanks!! |

Has anyone ran into any problems with the Palm SMS and this new ROM.
I did an update , and hard reset and everything was working fine. The last think I put on the phone was the SMS Hack. After that I got not Radio and the dial pad would not open. Should I not install SMS? |

I dont know about other betas, but with beta 4 i have had no problems with any of the 3.3 roms. You might also want to remember that if you install the palm app, you no longer need to copy/overwrite system files anymore as you now have an AKU that is greater than 2.3. PM me for any more help.

Re: Problem with backlight always reseting to 10 seconds
Quote:
After performing a hard reset, the backlight problem went away. I believe that the problem may have occured due to my restoring a previous image from an SPB Backup (Version 1.5.1) file. I'm 99% sure that I restored from a previous AKU 3.3 image, but I can't say with absolute certainty right now. Cheers! ¿GotJazz? |

I am starting to get an idea of what caused me to think my volume settings were messed: phoneAlarm. I have not used the alarm features of it much, but after hearing my mobile beeping repeatedly last night -- with the volume muted -- I started to look. Sure enough, phoneAlarm is set to alert you on almost everything by default, and it overrides volume settings. I disabled all of the alarms and we'll see what happens now.
