All is good!

I snatched my wife's laptop and installed AS on there (without issue!) and completed the FULL upgrade with new radio version and everything. After the full upgrade, I did the custom ROM update with junk removed. I have all of my apps installed now and Exchange synching nicely. I have made a few calls, sent e-mails, and hit a few web sites without any issues! To think.... I was looking at Treos yesterday I was so frustrated!

Yippee!!!

Nope- in fact it speeds things up on the phone. I did it yesterday and love it.

I successfully did this one time. I was doing this upgrade on a different ppc6700 and at the step where it shows you the different versions and what they will be upgraded to, I clicked next. Right when I clicked next, at that point I got an error (something about losing communications if I remember right). It didn't even get to the point where it started copying files. Anyway, it exited. Now I am stuck in usb/serial mode. How can I get it out of this mode. I have tried soft and hard resets to no avail. Any ideas... ?
