Rob, might we see B7 by this weekend? I am itching to install an update to my B4, and don't want to do B6 and then B7

Thanks!

Yes sir, build 7 finished and on it's way. I have made quite a few changes, especially with the program folder categories, so I hope you guys like it(I hope it didn't screw it up, but I like it though). I am going to upload it tomorrow. Would do it tonight, but I'm dead tired... Just got home... ran out of gas somehow(gauge is messed up) in the parking lot at Meijers, had to push the car all the way to the nearest gas station... All after I had $200 worth of grocery's and my debit card was declined for no apparent reason and I walked out with $0 worth of nothing!(Screw Charter One)
Let's hope tomorrow is better. Keep an eye on the thread for the rom(s)...

That sucks this time of year, especially where you are.

Whenever I run the Verizon version I get a message that the RUU has stopped responding and needs to close and then it closes. I'm using Vista and I've updated all of the files in device manager as previously described because on my first attempt it gave me the error message that another user got that it was not for their device and then after that it bricked. Now, it starts I beleive step 3 and has to stop. I have redownloaded it several times.

i am considering coming back to this build because of battery drain issue's in helmi's new kitchen release. but does this version suffer the battery drain problem as well now? seems it has taken on the new helmi build as a base. i didnt want to read 33 pages to find out... so i dont know if this was already discussed.

The fix for that has been posted in the bug thread. It'll obviously be included in the next release as well.

There is no posted fix that I saw. All I see is the following:

Is there something else I am missing? That basically says they aren't sure what the deal is but they will figure it out. I am sure they will, but my battery needs less drain in the meantime.
