Oh, so you open it again if you want to install something to it and then close it up again?

AFAIK, once you hide it, you cannot access anything on it (as you discovered with Resco.) If you install a program to it and then hide it, I don't think you'll have any luck running the program.

Actually, I hid it and the programs that are installed there are still working.

Yep, now I only open it back up if I need to install or upgrade something in there. Perfect!

Thanks for the WPA fix. This means I can use wifi again.

I always thought that WPA2 TKIP+AES was the way to go with WM6 but I guess I was wrong since I couldn't get that to work either.

BTW, downloading large apps causes the device to freeze. I never had any problems doing it with WM5 but on 6, it keeps on freezing.

I have an issue where my phone's screen needs aligned after a lot of use, like after playing solitaire or sudoku. If i don't really use it that much, it's fine, but after touching the screen several times repeatedly, I have to use the align screen or the screen taps become way off.

Running Helmi's build - very nice, excellent work - I can use my BT headphones again - thanks!
Using the build for 3+ weeks

I am having a similar problem. I can add the first new contact, but if I try an add a second it locks up. I did this the first time yesterday and the phone didn't come back for more than 10 minutes so I did a hard reset and it finally worked. Sometimes the first new contact locks it, sometimes it's the second

Other things I've noticed:
- I can't view the new contacts I have added in the contact list, when I start to dial they appear in the "quick list" however.
- I am running radio version 1.41, great reception, but battery life is significantly reduced.
- very slow return from soft reset

Once again, excellent work!

Has anyone been able to locate a workaround to scroll using the volume buttons? NOTE: I did search before asking this question.

I use iSilo to read books/magazines (WT Library here - anyone else using that, haha), and in WinMob 5 I used to be able to scroll using the volume buttons. That no longer works in ANY application using WinMob 6.
