Go into Bluetooth settings from your CommManager; Mode tab. Make sure that the box "Make the device visible to other devices" is checked off. I've found that mine will de-select itself after a profile change or soft reset. But not all the time. Once you know about it, it's easy to fix. But note that this fix is NOT permanent. For some reason, the setting won't always "stick".

Ok, I'm looking to hear some good things about this.
I just got my 6700 on verizon, and I want it to still work (internet, MMS, Text, Calls, etc.) will I be sacrificing anything like this if I use this update? Can I still run Pocket CM, my Vista Dialer app, and Spb apps? |

I have a Verizon XV6700 phone flashed to Cricket. It is currently running WM5 without any issues. I would like to upgrade to theApache WM6 ROM available at the start of this thread.
I have downloaded the Cricket ROM and attempted install it, but continuously receive this error: ERROR 150: ROM UPGRADE UTILITY ERROR This ROM upgrade Utility is not designed for your device. Please get the proper ROM Upgrade Utility and try again. I'm not quite sure if this matter, but my bootloader version is 1.00. I thought about trying the generic ROM but not sure if this a good idea. Can someone get me some direction? Thanks. Last edited by cjkeeme; 09-12-2007 at 09:49 PM. |
