Great rom! Its running fast and responsive for me, which more than makes up for the few minor crashes. And the kitchen is so much easier to use now! Thanks luv2chill, Tiermann , gguruusa, Naiga , Colonel, and ImCoKeM!

Hi, All--
First off--a HUGE THANKS to everybody associated with the Kitchen - it is absolutely KILLER! I downloaded it the other day and built a ROM using the kitchen yesterday; flashed it to my phone and loaded my apps, and *thought* everything was working perfectly . . . until I tried to reply to a text message. Every time I tried, it would seem like it was trying to load and simply crash/exit. Anyone have any ideas about what might cause this? Thanks in advance! |

Running Well
I know I'm jinxing myself here, but as far as I'm concerned, the new ROM is running smooth and fast. Though it does seem to be harsh on battery life.

I did did a quick test w/out any issues using:
Verizon WM 6.1 CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) I know that the BuildOS has had some updates but I can't get that working yet so this ROM is from early last week. Perhaps something you have is different?

Wow, the battery really does drain fast. I'm using an extended battery and can barely make it through the day.
However, I've found something that seems to help. I've noticed that my EVDO connection, whenever it connects, stays open and active all the time. If I go in and disconnect the connection through the Comm Manager, it seems to help battery life tremendously. Is anyone else experiencing that behaviour? |
