Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308

I've used the last kitchen for a while now and I love it. I'm not really a power user but I like my machine to do what I want, as we all do, so thanks so much for all your good work. I truly envy the skills that you put together to make this happen for the rest of us.

Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308

G'reloc (2)
Cannot Open File
C:\Program Files (x86)\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\Temp\temp\dump\ppp.dll\\tmp.

I received the same error again with two many slashes with one of the .dll folders that started with w (sorry i didn't write it down)

I keep getting this error, and I just realized that there are too many slashes there. Whats this program even do? it runs but then it hangs half way through.

Reinstalled a couple times with no victories.

Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308

My phone feels about as speedy as it did before I moved away from WM5, and that was before I turned on the speed tweaks. Excellent excellent job guys. I just made sure to go donate so I wasn't talking out of the wrong end after saying I would.

Bluetooth is MUCH better this time around though my new Tritton Bluestream sounds magnitudes better streaming from my computer or from the Jabra A120s adapter. However, I CAN use it has a functioning headset now, and that was not in the cards two days ago and I tried ALL the tweaks. Actually hosed my bluetooth stack putting on the broadcom stack. It worked pretty much perfect as a stereo headset but wouldn't work has a handsfree/phone. FYI in this kitchen I still had to remove ALL the A2DP settings except for UseJointStereo = 1 and SampleRate = 48000. It worked with the bitrate and others in place but still wasn't great (still better than before) but removing everything but the two settings made a BIG difference.

Strange. I took a few options off and it no longer encountered the error with G'reloc.

-Adobe Reader for Pocket
-Windows 6.1 Theme
-Microsoft Word

were the ones i removed if i remember correctly (It was after restarting from scratch)

Sorry it took so long guys, was looking for a donation button all over the place after I created the ROM and skipped it at the beginning.

DAH, just did not simply thing of regenerating the ROM again.

Anyways, just donated, thanks for all the amazing work you guys have done to keep My Apache alive. So far I have not found any issues, its working perfectly.

I thought i saw it mentioned but i can't relocate it. HTC Task Manager seems to be operating fine until one tries to open the options/configuration which results in a shell error and a soft reboot.

Any updated version floating around?

It moves modules around so they don't occupy the same memory.

Just guessing, but you have proably included to many modules in your rom. Try removing some of the larger modules.

I tried installing version 31261, which is newer than the one in the kitchen and fixes problems with 6.1 on other devices. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work at all on the Apache. I've switched to MagicX Button and it seems to be a good replacement.
