Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308

In the previous versions of the kitchen I was able to use my Bluetooth headset to trigger MS voice command and dial with it. With the latest update I cannot get the voice command to work with the Bluetooth.
Any help would be appreciated

Disclaimer: yes I have searched, and I know about the registry hack it does not work with this version of the kitchen

Thanks
Joe

This is going to sound stupid... is there a cab or something to install the "older" MSVC or do I have to reflash the phone?
The build I have now is spectacular and I really don't want to mess with it.

Well, now that you mention it, I have that problem as well. I guess I just ignored it since when I hit OK the phone goes back to where I want it to be. I'm using the "HTC Vogue Default Dialer"

Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308

Running Vista, had 6700 connected through Mobile Device Center; ran kitchen flawlessly. When I tried to flash the ROM, I neglected to put the phone in bootloader mode. Now I have a phone in what appears to be permanent bootloader 1.02 mode.
Verizon says it is fried and need a replacement phone.

Any ideas?

I had been running the 6.0 that came out in October with no issues, is there any way to get back to that?

Thanks in advance for the help I am about to receive. (Recovering Catholic)

Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308

I have tried all remedies listed on this site..what appears to be happening is when bootloader is loaded, I disconnect from computer!

I can build ROM fine and run the program with the phone connected and on, but as soon as I hit bootloader mode, the phone disconnects from the computer...

I ran the Vista RUU fix and was able to get my device manager to recognize and update, however, I still show no connection in Mobile Device Manager

If I run the Flash utility shile the phone is on and connected, the utilty automatically puts the phone into bootloader, and then I am disconnected and get the RUU error...

Any help out there?

Same here ... I haven't see an "older" VC posted, or a newer one? Are the ones in the 6.0 ROM different than the 6.1 ROM?

I found an older Cyberon voice speed dialer cab that works; let me know if you want it. I also have it working as an OEM.

Activesync and WMDC will not connect or even start up when the phone is in bootloader mode.
