I was wondering the same thing though; I'm sure that there is a minute difference in version numbers between the retail version and those that were distributed with a ROM. Everyone here was always very clear about not distributing retail software that should have been paid for...

The version I used for the OEM is not available via retail--it's an OEM version that was included with some device ROMs. There was a discussion about whether to include it or not, but since other OEM-only software is included (HTC Home, Cyberon Voice Dial, etc.) we decided to allow it. Even if you paid for voice command, the version that you have will not work properly on WM6--this is the only version that will, and it cannot be purchased currently.
Sunny I have not made a fixed OEM for the UK Voice Command yet. It's on the to-do list. |

Thanks luv, I was wondering about it... sounds reasonable. Why MS doesn't just give this away anyway is beyond me. If nothing else, its at least one area where they are ahead of apple, feature checklist - wise.

I have also been following a thread in the Titan (Mogul) forum, where they claim to have found solutions to various Bluetooth problems http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=11258. I'm aware the 6700 is a different device, but maybe something is applicable for us. |

What radio firmware version are you running dc? Am I correct in guessing the radio firmware has something to do with all three radios on the 6700?

Thanks Luv, I have both the US and the UK versions. I used the OEMiser to convert the UK version and used it.
Guess I'll have to reflash with the US version in the kitchen and wait for the UK OEM. Does the Kitchen version need the .exe file or is it included? Thanks |
