please update to latest BuildOS, stickied in BuildOS thread at top of page.

Bugs:

Still absent "mms video" profile on htc camera (fix this Plz!!!!! so that i can put any mms 4.x.x.x app and it can access video directly from htc camera)

no matter if flashing rom is successful always got a Error downloading rom box

Allthough choose a standard id and movistar_venezuela.prj always get a country id error

Addressed memory apps is a lie so that when rom is almost full always get a scrambled bootlogo and get stucked there sometimes

And please, for God's sake!! specify the trial/shareware apps!!!!!!!! (i just played galaga and bum!! dont lose life but all game is lost due to registry form)

When i specify the timezone, the automatic getting time displays hour incorrectly, only just after next softboot it fixes (not syncronizing manually)

1. please post a screen shot of problem

2. This is probably a leftover from having used VerizonGuys kitchen. Use the NoID loader

3. Addressed memory apps has nothing to to do with scrambled bootlogo. What buildos are you using? (old or new) If old, that's what happens sometimes - include less stuff. If new, please post selections_config.txt that demonstrates this problem.

So far the only critical issue I've come up with is with IE and YouTube. If I go to www.youtube.com, it hangs @ around 112k downloaded. My PPC then become horribly slow. I'm talking I can tap something and it won't respond until 30 seconds later. I'm guessing this has to do with flash? Here's my selection list:

Yep don't include that Flash Player OEM--I need to set that excluded because I believe it conflicts with the Flash Video Bundle--which only requires TCPMP (it should have made TCPMP highlight yellow in the buildos screen). So for working youtube just check Flash Video Bundle and not the Flash player. See if that fixes it.

Thanks for the super-fast reply.

What exactly is the difference? Would I ever need the Flash Player over the Flash Video Bundle? I'd like to be able to view flash-enabled pages as well.

That Flash Player is super old and only works on very limited web sites. You may have better luck with the Flash Lite application.

I don't know as I don't use any of that stuff. I personally hate flash

Thanks in advance.

which com manager are you using 10 button or 8 button? does it show an image at all? where the ir beam is suppose to be?
Also should ask this in the bug/patch thread.

oops, sorry, i think i'm in the right place now.
I'm using the 10 button comm manager. It has a blue square where it used to have the icon with the word "Beam" underneath. But now it's just an empty square. All of the other buttons seem to work, pressing the blank button does nothing. Not a big deal, but when i run Novii Remote it acts like i have beam disabled (ir port in use or not properly configured). Without Novii i'm having to watch CNN at my favorite bar

An update to my missing Beam icon in the Comm Manager:
After a hard reset, beam came back. After putting the applications back that weren't cooked into the ROM (only 3 Isilo,Novii Remote, and Smartskey) I forgot to bake in Smartskey. Everything was well. Worked for 1 day. That evening after learning another remote in Novii, i charged the phone overnight. When i woke up the next morning the Beam icon was gone. And Novii wouldn't work again.

Not sure if it's related, but there is a file in the root directory called TMX.txt when you open it up it says "Init module fail." The time on the file was 11:55 the previous night, after i had put it on charge.

Also of note, there is a PIM backup scheduled for 12:00AM

I'm attaching my ROM text file. Hopefully some of the guru's here can come up with a simple fix.

As always, thanks for all the help so far. We all apreciate the hard work that went into this project.

I can confirm this error. (I just noticed the ir beam missing for me too.) Ill go through your txt file and compare to what i am using. and and see what is causing this. Unless the kitchen team already figured it out. (That will save me alot of testing and flashing)
