If I cook a rom with only SD support, flash it to the phone, boot the phone, I can then install the SDHC.777.cab and I have no skipping of the audio files and the transfer is as it used to be on Helmi_C's ROM. I have verified this by flashing between the 2 several times.
I have the exact same card, but I'm not seeing these issues. I'm using the HTC Audio Manger and everything is working fine. I haven't tried bluetooth yet, but otherwise seems like it is working great.

I have custom one built with this kitchen. I'll post my selections.txt if you'd like.

What type of media are you playing? I'm playing FLAC files with TCPMP. I'm wondering if you are playing MP3 files since they are much smaller and probably need less throughput.

I'm playing WMA files. I recently used TuneBite to convert all my media to that so that WMP would handle them best. I don't like mp3 for various reasons that don't having anything to do with PPC's, so I won't post that here.
