I seem to be having problems with screen alignment. I have to do it frequently with my last build. I also notice that sometimes word completion works and sometimes it doesn't. I like it for the auto correct for captilization of first word and adding ' to words like dont automatically. it isnt working right now.

I finally broken down last night upgraded to this setup. I must admit that I am impressed with the new look and feel. It also seems to run fairly stably. The only problem I noticed (which is fairly minor) is that when I reset the machine using the stylus and the screen for my pin code to unlock the device comes up. If I try to flip the device to where I can get to the buttons, the screen sort of freaks out and doesn't change. It is easily solved though for the moment by not flipping the phone, and using the stylus to restart and than enter the key code before flipping.

I will say though having left it for awhile the key code eventually flips it just takes awhile.

It is very minor though considering the awesomeness of WM6. Many thanks. It seems to have a much better battery life (for me anyways) than WM5. I had it in standby all night and it only dropped from 90% to 70% which it used to drop from 100% to 40% over night for me.

Actually when I soft reset, if I don't enter my pin fast enough I get stuck at that screen. The screen responds to my key presses, but when I hit unlock nothing happens. I have to soft reset again and quickly enter my pin. As my company enforces a password policy I can't turn off the pin...

I'm running Helmi's orginal ROM and the value in these locations is 16 under SDMemory and 64 under MMC. Would I be correct in assuming 16 is a slower setting than 40?
Yes, 0x16 == 22KB
0x40 == 64KB

I have a question however, there doesn't seem to be a battery or back light icon in the settings tab to set the power settings. Is there an OEM that controls these.

Thanks

I noticed that also. If you give it another 15 or so seconds it will process correctly though (at least for me it would). I believe what happens is that the phone is still booting up in the background and much like a normal computer, when it is first loading all your start-up programs it can be fairly unresponsive until it finishes it. It mentions somewhere that it can make emergancy calls even when locked. I was curious from a purely informational standpoint on how you can bypass the lock to make emergancy calls. I have attempted to bypass my own lock for it but haven't found it yet.

Ok, I can confirm that Novii Remote will not work with this kitchen. I dont know if it is the IR or something else, but it will not work. Every time I try to program the button I get an error saying the IR is in use by another program. Any suggestions?

Same here. It will eventually process the "Unlock" button press. Sometimes it's faster, sometimes slower, but it does go through eventually. I noticed that if my phone does freeze, which is rare, usually after coming back from a long idle period, just letting it do whatever for a little bit will bring it back to normal.

Yeah I just noticed that it didn't work either, which is kind of a bummer. I don't see any place to choose another driver. There is a place to choose another port to get the IR from but the only one it will work on is the one that says it is busy on. I'm using 4.11 by the way. I played around with a couple of settings and no luck. If you find a solution I would like to hear it.
