I'm having the same type of problem but I have no other bluetooth devices near me.I still love my nxzen even if it does have disconnection problems.

Sorry about my sluggish reply, was kinda hit yesterday ... too much drinking the night before ... LoL ... anyways yah I was looking for the NexZen headset (5500). The link posted was the 5000 model. Also can the ear loop be disconnected from the headset? and if so how well does that little piece hold in the ear? And on the topic of the bluetooth issue, Sprint is really getting on my nerves with bluetooth issues!! I also purchased an A900 not long ago and have been going insane with the issues on it. Apparently the issues are known and what gets done? nothing!! and on top of it repair locations are being difficult around here and basically wont do anything about it ... bluetooth is a UNIVERSAL technology ... therefore they should adhere to the compatibility and if it does not, they should not be allowed to produce a device supporting bluetooth ... ok done venting ...

So jsut a follow up on this headset ... I'm quite upset cuz apparently the first guy I asked to check on these lied. The store in my area does have them, 6 on hand!! What sucks, is that nobody knows where they are, I even went there myself and shuffled through all their clearance and blowout stuff ... no luck ... and of course these people don't care to help find out where they are ... so I started looking online and found multiple stores with them in stock ... so I'm trying to get .com to allocate them and ship em for me ... oh yah and in case anyone else wants to try the same thing, they are now priced at $28.98 ... yes folks less than $30 will get you a brand new sealed bluetooth headset that works better than those selling for $200!!! ... discuss amongst ya selves ... LoL

Yes please do tell, and just an update about my Nexzen. I sent mine back to the manufacture and they have deemed it defective and are sending me a new one. The manufacturer paid shipping both ways and their CS people have been very helpful. I will let every one know if the new one is any better than the other.

I am speaking of the NxZen ... sku number 336569 @ CompUSA ... Clearance ... if you want to check in stock go to the website, scroll to the bottom and under company info select store locations, search for your area ... when you pull up the store list, each one should have a link for blowout specials, click this for a list of all their clearance with quantities ... next do ctrl+f and type in the sku, cross ur fingers and press the ok button ... if it highlights it you are in luck, now call the store and make sure they have them, then tell em to hold it ... all done ... $30 for the best bluetooth you've ever bought!!!

looks like i need to call cs and get me another nxzen. Big D, when you get yours you gotta hurry and tell. now smix, i did everything and it tells me "finished searching the document". provide a link so we all can see this please
