Sorry about my sluggish reply, was kinda hit yesterday ... too much drinking the night before ... LoL ... anyways yah I was looking for the NexZen headset (5500). The link posted was the 5000 model. Also can the ear loop be disconnected from the headset? and if so how well does that little piece hold in the ear? And on the topic of the bluetooth issue, Sprint is really getting on my nerves with bluetooth issues!! I also purchased an A900 not long ago and have been going insane with the issues on it. Apparently the issues are known and what gets done? nothing!! and on top of it repair locations are being difficult around here and basically wont do anything about it ... bluetooth is a UNIVERSAL technology ... therefore they should adhere to the compatibility and if it does not, they should not be allowed to produce a device supporting bluetooth ... ok done venting ...
